With a deep breath all became clear. The balance of the body and spirit was absolutely key when tapping into the very essence of the world, too little and you wouldn't be able to tap into the chakra pool to begin with, too much and your body would end up much like the stone statues of Mount Myōboku. It took her several years to find the key to being the perfect in between without putting too much strain on her body. Now, it came as easily as breathing but she needed to clear her mind of all distractions... having had to come back to Konoha she had no such luck in achieving that balance.
She had heard around town that going outside of the village alone, much less at night was a dangerous affair nothing short of suicide. Yet... she couldn't think properly in that place, a horde of people and problems that ceased to give her reprieve. And even still she knew that she would need to head back eventually to see her sister... how could she face her? Why couldn't she face her? These feelings were the things that bore weight onto her shoulders to the state of being unbearable. Indeed she didn't want the weight to crush her, drowning her in a sea of misunderstanding... but she didn't want the same to happen to her kin either. It was a pickle... yet as she sat with her feet clasped and her eyes closed things all seemed to become more clear.
Her body would take gentle breaths, calming the anxieties that had bore themselves deep into her subconscious and release them into the very air in a exchange one could only call fair. Yes. She had control of her own life. And this was her choice... she could've stayed back home if she wanted to but instead she chose to put herself out into the dangerous unknown. And for who's sake? Not her own. But those who needed her right now... her village and her family. With another deep and relaxed sigh she would let out more of her anxieties.
Energy from the air filling her lungs with each breath as it seemed to glow around her, an ethereal energy visible to only those who had mastered the same arts as her. An extension of her very being that she had come to terms with. Rejuvenation she could feel as if her body was freeing itself from an eternal prison of doubt... yes this is what she had trained her life for, not to access the nature itself but to use it to help those she cared about. The natural energy would mix with her chakra into the creation of a new form before, with a single bated breath, she dispelled it all from her body. There was someone she needed to go see. The natural energy of the world was with her at all times... yet here she was in pursuit of it, no there was someone much more vital that needed her attention. And with that the toad of the mountains began the trek back to where it all began, her pond within the humble forest of Konohagakure.
