Clan Name: Chinoike
Clan Location/Affiliation: Leaf Village
Clan Description:
A clan thought to be extinct long ago, now brought back in full. Past tensions between them and the Uchiha have been relieved, but some within that clan still hold on to past grudges. Now they defend the Leaf Village territories with the use of their Genjutsu and Blood Release.
Clan Abilities:
Ability Name: Ketsuryūgan
Ability Description: Members of this clan all have a similar blood red eye effect when they use their Genjutsu. Genjutsu they use are also considered extremely powerful. Jutsu they use of this type always affect two senses, and they get Genjutsu as a Specialization for free. They also see chakra as the Uchiha and Hyuga do but to a lesser effect able to view it in sync with a bloodstream.
Ability Name: Blood Release
Ability Description: A release outside of the normal, that is able to be used in any type of Jutsu. It allows a member of this bloodline to be able to control any iron-rich liquid, including blood. This has many uses in combat and depends on the individual as to how they use it. Some focus on healing, repairing the body through manipulation of blood and iron, while others do the same manipulation to bleed others out.
Ability Name: Masters of Hemostasis
Ability Description: Even as they lose blood, members of the Chinoike Clan seem to recover it just as quickly. Wounds close up, injuries heal, and they seem to keep going on when many would be taken down. Members of this clan regain 5% hp per round, so long as they do not leave the topic or hit 0 hp.
Ability Name: Powerful Blood
Ability Description: Jutsu used by the clan seem to hit harder than what one would expect, as well as heal wounds with relative ease. Base Jutsu are 25% more powerful.
Ability Name: Rush of Blood
Ability Description: Members of the clan can focus the chakra in their blood to break themselves out of Genjutsu equal to their rank, or lower, that they are trapped in. This eliminates the need to harm themselves to do so.
