Expending E-Rank Chakra he can grant his hand-to-hand attacks an additional 50 Strength damage, he must expend an additional E-Rank Chakra every post to keep up his stone gauntlets. -Stone Samurai (C-Scaling): Matsuda makes armor out of the earth around him. Expending E-Rank Chakra grants +5 to defense and +5 to resistance. He must expend additional E-Rank chakra every post to keep up this stone armor. -Gifted (C-Scaling): Matsuda has always been a quick learner picking up things almost as quickly as their put down. He can learn jutsus at a 25% word-count reduction. -Lightning Affinity: Matsuda gains access to Lightning Release as an additional natural affinity. -Chakra Molding - Earth: The character can mold chakra to deal or protect from 20 damage within 5 meters of themselves at 5 meters per second.
